At the meeting, Major General, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dang Xuan Khang, Vice President of the Academy appreciated the cooperation between the People’s Police Academy and international partners, especially the effective cooperation relationship between the PPA and the RPCA the KNPU in recent years.

Through the exchanging program and specialized training, the PPA has increasingly shown its role in the police community in the region and in the world, deserving to be the key institution of the Ministry of Public Security and becoming the national key institution. The training program is a good opportunity for lecturers and students of Police schools in the area to gain experience and knowledge from expertise in the field of crime prevention and fighting of the People's Police Academy; also a golden chance to learn about the country and the people of Vietnam.

In addition, the program will create conditions for officers, lecturers and students of the People's Police Academy to exchange their knowledge and experience in the fields of police training and crime prevention in developed countries, such as Korea, Thailand. Thus, it creates a connection between the students who will directly carry out the task of fighting against crimes in the future through an international sharing network.

Also at the meeting, the Vice President of the Academy also directed the functional units in the Academy to organize the training effectively, generate the best support for the learning, exchanging and other activities of the delegation in Vietnam.

Acting on the authority of the Directorate, on the morning of March 20th 2018, the International Cooperation Division coordinated with the Office of the Academy and the Cadet Management Division to open the training course for the delegation. At the opening ceremony, the Cadet Management Division has thoroughly grasped some question related to the work of observing the order, discipline and regulations of the Academy; the International Cooperation Division has introduced the content of the training program.

According to the training program, the delegation will be taught and shared knowledge and experience in fields such as crime prevention using high technology, criminology, criminal investigation, anti - terrorism, traffic safety, controlling and using motorcycles, martial arts and shooting. In addition, the delegation will also exchange with the Youth Union of the Academy as well as visiting a number of famous places in Vietnam.
