Attending the conference, the delegation contributed the speech on "The Role of Criminal Technical Expertise in Crime Investigation and International Integration" at the Moscow State University, Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation with the participation of Colonel Vasili Fedorovich, Vice-Chancellor in charge of scientific research, together with scientists, researchers and leaders of judicial assessment units inside and outside the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.

At the meeting, Prof. Dr. Tran Minh Huong, representing the delegation of the Vietnam PPA, welcomed the conference and highly appreciated the organization of the school and shared the importance of international cooperation in the field of judicial expertise. Then, PPA launched the conference with a report on the role of criminal technical expertise in criminal investigations, adjudication and international integration in Vietnam that was high evaluated. During and after the Conference, the investigators and researchers of two sides are very interested in the contents of the report and have asked many questions related to judicial expertise in Vietnam today.

At the meeting, Lieutenant General, Prof. Kalinhitrenco Igor Alekcandrovic - Director of the Moscow State University, Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation appreciated the cooperation efforts of two schools in recent years. At the same time, the Director shared the success and development of his school, especially the training of international students, including Vietnamese students. Accordingly, his school highly appreciates the spirit of study, diligence, efforts to strive, friendliness, enthusiastic participation in the movement of Vietnam in general and students of the PPA in particular. Colonel, Prof. Dr. Tran Minh Huong, Vice President of PPA, head of the delegation thanked for the warm welcome and expressed his desire to conduct effective cooperation activities, so that further enhance the training of Vietnamese students in the majors; create conditions for the number of Vietnamese students studying and living in the school.

Before the meeting, Colonel, Prof. Dr. Tran Minh Huong had a meeting with all Vietnamese students studying at the school. At present, there are 44 Vietnamese students, of which 24 are students of the PPA; 20 students are students of the People’s Security Academy, of which 06 are studying at the school. At the meeting with the students, Colonel Tran Minh Huong and the delegation heard the students reported the advantages, difficulties in learning as well as in the life at your school. The Colonel praised the efforts of the students and encouraged them to overcome the language barrier to promote high spirit of solidarity, in order to have good qualifications to serve the industry and the country.
