On December 17th, 2015, the PPA solemnly held the
Closing Ceremony of training course on the knowledge and skills of leadership
and management for the public security training institutions in 2015.
Attending the ceremony were Major General, Prof.Dr Bui
Minh Giam - Director of Training Department - MPS; Major General, Assoc.prof.Dr.
Pham Ngoc Ha - Vice President of the PPA; Dr. Hoang Quang Dat - Head of Officer
and In-service Training and Retraining - the National Academy of Public
Administration; the lecturers and trainees of the training course.
After nearly 3 months of studying, the trainees were raised
awareness about the theory of Marxism - Leninism and Ho Chi Minh Ideology,
especially the leadership role of the Party in the period of enhancing industrialization
- modernization of the country; simultaneously, equipped with the basic
knowledge about science of leadership and management, fostered new issues on
law, in order to ensure the effective implementation of leadership and management mission. Ending the
training course, 100% of the trainees successfully fulfilled the training
requires, among them, there were 7 trainees who were awarded the certificates
of merit for outstanding academic achievement by the National Academy of Public
Administration.

Speaking at the Ceremony, Dr. Hoang Quang Dat - Head
of Officer and In-service Training and Retraining - the National Academy of
Public Administration expressed deep thank
for the support and facilitation of the Board of Directorate and Head of the relevant
functional Departments of PPA during the training course. He also believed that
with the equipped knowledge and practical experience, the trainees would have more
important contributions in the practically task of leadership and management.
On behalf of the Party Committee, Directorate of the
PPA, Major General, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Pham Ngoc Ha - Vice President thanked the
leaders of the MPS and the Board of Directorate of National Academy of Public
Administration for making favorable conditions to conduct the training course,
and praised the spirit of responsible studying of the trainees. He hoped that
the trainees would continue to develop and apply effectively the knowledge and
skills in leadership and management into the practical mission.
