The Library play a special importance role and profound influence on all aspects of the social life, including the field of education and training. The Library is a fundamental element, a measure to assess the roles, functions, tasks and training efficiency. It is confirmed that for universities, the Library becomes one of the places to provide most  effectively the knowledge for education, training, research and development activities of science and technology... It can be confirmed that the Library is the “knowledge heart” of Universities, contribute to help the training institutions to fulfill the Cause of training the human resources and fostering the talents for the country. It is exactly to be  awareness of the importance of the library for training, research and studying, the Board of Directors of the PPA and the functional units have been making efforts to build the Library environments more useful, friendly and efficient. Basing on the orientation and direction of the Board of Director, the Center of Archives & Library invested in building the Book Coffee Model to create an ideal cultural location for officers, teachers and students to read books as well as exchange and share the knowledge.

The Book Coffee Model is located at the lobby of the 1st floor of the Police Profession Library, where the different kind of books as literature, politics, law, newspapers & magazines to be shown. Readers will be possible to both release their soul in the pages and enjoy the special flavor of coffee in a modern, relaxing, peaceful space.

The Book Coffee Model is equipped with the systems of modern computers connecting to the Libol library management software in order that the readers at the Book Coffee Model could easily look for and search all documents in the Police Professional Library.

At the  Book Coffee Model, the Center of Archives & Library will regularly organize the events to introduce the latest publications to help the officers, teachers and students of the Academy approach the valuable books. The Center will also invite the famous speakers to propagate and develop the reading culture in the whole Academy. In particular, the Book Coffee Model will be the ideal culture place for the students of the Academy to organize mini art performance programs.

High-Appreciating the Book Coffee Model, at the ceremony, Lieutenant General, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Xuan Yem, President of the PPA praised the unique creative idea of Centre of Archives & Library. He emphasized that the Book Coffee Model expressed the PPA’s orientation of innovation and development towards a model of modern Library, catch up with the developing trend of worldwide Library. With the Book Coffee Model, the Library will no longer be a space for the storage of books and reading room, which grow more actively, become the ideal space for the readers to exchange and share the knowledge. He also hoped that, in the future, the Center Archives & Library would have more unique ideas to build the Police Profession Library more developing, which was worthy as the leading Library of Public Security force.
