The Ceremony was also attended by representatives of the Supreme People’s Procuracy, Departments under the Ministry of Justice; the Hanoi Lawyer Association; the functional units of Public Security Department of Hanoi; leaders of the agencies of the PPA and 289 students of the 2th civil training course on Criminal Justice Speciality and representatives of their families.

Speaking at the ceremony, Lieutenant General, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Xuan Yem - President of the PPA praised 289 new students of 2th civil training course on Criminal Justice Speciality and asked each student to determine the proper studying motivation, strive for studying and obeying strictly the management regulations of the MPS, Ministry of Education and Training and the PPA; especially self-improve the ethics, lifestyle and working style of the armed force to meet the requirements of judicial reform work and building the law governed State in Vietnam and actively reach the international integration, especially when Vietnam joined in the ASEAN Community in the late 2015.
