On December 1st , 2017 the Board of Directorates and officers, teachers and students of the PPA led by Major General, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dang Xuan Khang, Vice President of Academy visited and presented the flowers to congratulate the Lao students who are studying at the PPA on the occasion of the 42th Anniversary of the National Day of Lao PDR (2/12/1975 - 2/12/2017).
On behalf of the Party Committee, Directorate of the PPA, Major General, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dang Xuan Khang, Vice President sent his congratulations to the Laos trainees at the PPA to celebrate 42 years of the National Day of Lao PDR. He also praised that the Laos trainees at the PPA always made efforts in learning; tried to overcome the difficulty, especially in the language to gain the best results in studying and practicing and hoped that after graduating at the PPA, the Lao trainees would apply the learnt knowledge to complete effectively the assigned task of protecting security and order.

Speaking at the ceremony, Senior Lieutenant Colonel Kouo-Bu-Don, deputy representative of the Lao Ministry of Public Security in Vietnam sincerely thanked the support of the Party Committee and the Board of Directors of the PPA that have created favorable conditions for Laos trainees to practice, excellent completion of study tasks, contributing to ensuring security and order safety in Lao PDR, so as to continue to maintain and promote traditional relation between the two countries.
