The President presented the Decision of organizing training course to representatives of trainees

The training course would equip the investigators with knowledge and skills to better prepare and respond at trials such as analysing case files, gathering, assessing and using evidence; communication and practice skills; argumentation skills, referencing and applying legal documents in criminal cases etc.

Apart from the theoretical programs, the trainees would participate in field trips to People's Courts at all levels to attend trials of complicated criminal cases which are required the attendance of the investigators. In addition to those activities, the participants also have other opportunities to attend the assumed criminal trials right inside the PPA… The training would provide trainees the opportunity to gain not only the theoretical knowledge but also practical experiences from officers of Procuracy, Court and law training institutions.
