Delegates in the Opening ceremony of the training course

The training course on preventing and combatting against crime in international integration era is launched based on the MoU between PPA and RPCA, KNPU. This is also an annual activity which is held in order to enhance the thorough and effective relation among the three institutes - three active members of Association of Police Training Institute in Asia (APTA). According to plans, the training course would be held from the 11^th to the 22^nd of September 2023 in PPA. After this short-term course, the three cadets from KNPU would continue participating in the exchange program till December 2023 as planned.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the training course, Major General, Dr. Chu Van Dung, PPA’s Vice President stated that this short-term course between PPA and RPCA as well as the exchange program between PPA and KNPU was one model among many other international cooperation activities of People’s Public Security’s academies and institutes. This was such a practical and helpful activity which definitely allows Thais, Korean and Vietnamese cadets to have a chance to broaden their horizon and to exchange training experiences, thus develop solidarity as well as friendliness in the relationships of three institutes.

The PPA’s Vice President believed that officers, cadets of RPCA and three cadets of KNPU would comprehend beneficial knowledge and share their understanding and skills in learning police science at the same time. He also commanded officers and cadets of PPA to positively cover all tasks of the training course for efficient outcomes, always be ready to assist, create full conditions for officers, cadets of RPCA and three cadets of KNPU during their stay in Vietnam.
