The show was presided over by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and coordinated with the Central Propaganda Department, Vietnam Television and related agencies. Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and leaders of the Party and State, leaders of ministries and branches attended.

The special art show, one of the myriad events marking the 80th anniversary of the birth of the Outline of Vietnamese Culture (1943 - 2023), is an opportunity for all levels, sectors and the entire Vietnamese people to be more deeply imbued with the great values, the permanence and far-reaching influence of the Outline in the national construction and protection war as well as the national comprehensive reform initiated and led by our Party.

With the consent of the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, the leaders of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the PPA actively practiced and performed the drum art performance at this special art show. In a very short time of preparation, more than 300 officers and cadets of the Academy raised the sense of responsibility, practiced with high intensity to have a special performance, contributing to the success of the show.
