Under the
direction of General Director of General Department of Building Force and the Training
Department of MPS on dividing the tasks of compiling the joint teaching and
learning materials and curriculum at the level of public
security university and colleges, on March 21st, the PPA held the
meeting to discuss the cooperation in compiling the joint learning materials and curriculum to be used in police training programs between the
People's Police Academy and the People's Police University.
Attending the
meeting were Lieutenant General, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Xuan Yem, President of the Academy,
and Colonel, Major General, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Bui Minh Giam, Director of Training
Department of MPSDr. Vu Anh Son, Deputy Rector of the People’s Police University
and leadership representatives of the functional units of the two universities.

Overview of the meeting
At the meeting,
leaders of the PPA and the People's Police University together discussed on
building a set of teaching and learning materials to be used in the Public
Security institutions in general and for the People's Police institutions in
particular and come to agreement on coordinating to build a frame of standard subject
materials in police training programs at the university level, which would be
considered as the official fundamental teaching materials for the PPA and the People's
Police University.
