As for the PPA were Senior Colonel, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Nhat, Vice President of the Academy; Colonel, Dr. Nguyen Trung Hoa, Head of Traffic Police Department of the PPA; leaders of the Faculty of Traffic Police; leaders of units in the PPA and all students of specialty of Traffic Police.

Specialized students attended the Seminar

The Seminar was held to help students of specialty of Traffic Police to get better understanding of their specialty; giving them the useful solutions to the issues in their learning process; sharing experiences in learning, researching specialized subjects; creating the opportunity for the specialized students to meet and interact with experienced officials in the force of Traffic Police on Roads and Rails and Traffic Police on Water Ways.

 the Faculty since its establishment so far

Opening the Seminar, the Representatives and specialized students were introduced about the Faculty of Traffic Police and the situation of study, practice and achievements of specialized students. Along with the 45-year history of development of the PPA, so far, the Faculty of Traffic Police implemented well the work of compiling textbooks, monographic books, reference materials for education and training inside and outside the Academy; improved continuously the quality of teaching, scientific research; trained thousands of drivers and specialized students to meet requirements of assurance on traffic safety and order in the local units nationwide. Besides, in recent years, the Faculty coordinated with international Agencies such as the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), Asia Injury Prevention Foundation, etc. to implement effectively several projects. According to these significant achievements, the Faculty was awarded the First Feat Order by the President of the State, awarded numbers of prizes by General Department of Building up Force and became the excellent unit of the PPA in many years.

Specialized students questioned freely at the Seminar

At the Seminar, the students of specialty of Traffic Police interacted with the officials of Departments of Traffic Police and Traffic Police Division of Department of Public Security of Hanoi City. A lot of questions related to the process of learning the specialized subjects, the practical work of the Traffic Police forces and especially the issues related to organizational structures, coordination relationship between the Traffic Police Division of Department of Public Security of Hanoi City with the Traffic Police units in every district of Hanoi; rights and obligations of student in their internship in the local units; the way to handle the traffic violations, etc. were mentioned by many students. Each question was answered by the Representatives in the specific and sincere way. With experiences in the practical work, the Representatives required students to observe actively, accumulate experience to handle the traffic violations how to be flexible, thereby create the beautiful image of the Traffic Police officers.

Representatives answered questions of specialized students

Speaking at the Seminar, Senior Colonel, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Nhat, Vice President of the PPA hoped to receive continuously the cooperation of the practical officials in education and training at the Academy, for example compiling textbooks, doing scientific research, teaching the practice lessons, directing technological means using in the process of work, etc. The Vice President of the PPA praised the Faculty of Traffic Police for holding this career orientation Seminars for the specialized students. Through this Seminar, the students were provided useful and practical knowledge that was not equipped fully during the learning process at the Academy. Therefore, he also asked the leaders of the Department concerned to maintain and organize other seminars to create the opportunity for the specialized students to learn experiences from practical officials, thus meet the work requirements in the current situation.
