Implementing the work program of the school year
2013-2014, on March 25th, the Department of Foreign Languages in
collaboration with others units within the PPA held the Contest “Who strikes
the golden bell” for all first-year students to create lively atmosphere and
further enhance the motivation of learning English for students from the first
school year. This was the opportunity for the lecturers and students to
exchange and improve the social knowledge through the questions in English.

exciting dancing performance opened the Contest
With quite good knowledge on society and foreign
language, the first prize of the Contest presented to Nguyen Trung Vinh,
student of specialty of Administration Management who answered exactly the
whole 20 questions. Nguyen Quang Nghi and Duong Duc Trong, students of
specialty of English for Police won the second prize and the third one with
19/20 and 17/20 correct answers respectively. The result of the Contest showed partly
the foreign language skills and social knowledge of the contestants.

The Contest “Who strikes the golden bell” attracted a
large number of students to participate and support. This was the remarkable
creation, also expressed enthusiasm, dedication to the education of all
lecturers of the Department of Foreign Languages. The Contest was considered
the highlight among series of movement activities at the PPA, left the good
impression on the development of the Academy.
