Speaking at the Ceremony, Senior Colonel, Assoc.Prof. Dr. Tran Minh Chat, Vice President of the PPA emphasized the main purposes of the special emulation. Accordingly, it would help officers, lecturers and students of the PPA to raise the awareness, pride of the glorious tradition of the Communist Party of Vietnam in general and of the Party Committee of the PPA, Basic Party Committee of the Student Management Department in particular; contribute to improving the politics standard for officers, lecturers and students; create the motivation to complete the tasks of school year 2014 - 2015.

The emulative activities would be: strictly execute the discipline of learning; hold the learning contests, good student contests, scientific research in various forms; implement the model contests with slogan “Real study, real test, for future practical work”; “Class without student violating examination regulation”; study the glorious tradition of the Communist Party of Vietnam and of the Party Committee of the PPA, Basic Party Committee of the Student Management Department; students study, practice, strictly executive disciplines, effectively participate in the contest of arts, sports, etc.; contribute to achieving the objectives of becoming the key national training institution in 2020.
