With the consent of
leaders of the PPA and Advisory Department, On May 13th, 2015,
Research Center of Criminology and Criminal Investigation - PPA and Command
Information Center - Advisory Department
organized the Signing Ceremony of MOU between the two Centers. This was the
important event marking the cooperation between the two units and creating the
legal basis for effectively implementing the tasks of the two units in the coming
time.

Attending the Signing Ceremony,
as for the Advisory Department were Major General Pham Van Cac - Director of
the Advisory Department, Senior Colonel Do Duc Binh - Deputy Director, Senior
Colonel Nguyen Van Lan - Deputy Director and leaders of its subordinate units. As
for the PPA were Major General, Dr. Dang Xuan Khang - Vice President of the
Academy; representatives of the functional units. The Ceremony had the presence
of the leaders, officers of Research Center of Criminology and Criminal
Investigation and Command Information Center; representatives of partners of the
Research Center of Criminology and Criminal Investigation such as the Office of
Hanoi Public Security Department, Hoang Mai District Police, Thuong Tin
District Police and students of the PPA.

The MOU is the
principle of coordination between Research Center of Criminology and Criminal
Investigation and Command Information Center. Accordingly, the two Centers
committed to voluntarily coordinate and support each other in research,
training, fostering and improving the knowledge on law and profession for officers, lecturers according to the
functions, duties and powers of each side and strictly abide by the regulations
of law, the Ministry of Public Security as well as others of the PPA and Advisory
Department with the aims to promote the good traditions of the Public Security
force and build the solidarity between the two Centers.
