Attending the Exchange was Major General Nguyen Duy Hai - Deputy Commander of High Command of Mobile Police, MPS; representatives of agencies, training institutions of the Public Security force. As for the PPA was Senior Colonel, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Tran Minh Chat - Vice President and all the officers, teachers and students of the Faculty of Mobile Armed Police.

At the Exchanging, Colonel, Dr. Bui Quoc Dung - Head of the Faculty of Mobile Armed Police reported the process of development and growth of the Faculty during 8 years since its establishment, including: the teacher training; teaching document compilation, practicing and teaching situation, material facilities, coordination with the local units in training and practical activities... Since its establishment, the Faculty of Mobile Armed Police have been continuously grown, contributed to the joint success in the Cause of  education and training of the MPS in general and the PPA in particular.

Especially, at the Exchange, the officers, teachers, students of the Faculty of Mobile Armed Police was shared by to Major General Nguyen Duy Hai - Deputy Commander of High Command of Mobile Police, MPS on his views on career orientation for the Mobile Armed Police specialized students. This is always a hot topic which attracts the attention of many specialized students. The professional career orientation is considered as the important first step in the process of training and development of human resources, helping the students to definite more clearly the learning purpose and understand further about their field of study and capacity of themselves ... from that they would have a sense of improving their professional knowledge and soft skills to bring success in their later work.
