To adequately summarize, profoundly evaluate
the results of the studying and practicing movements and personnel as well as
to praise the advanced models for the period of 2013-2015, on April 23rd,
2015, the PPA held the Conference on advanced models in the movement of studying
and practicing of the PPA’s students for the period of 2013-2015.
Attending the Conference were Senior Colonel,
Assoc.Prof. Dr. Tran Minh Chat, Vice President of the PPA; Senior Colonel
Nguyen Duy Minh, Director of Political Affairs Department - Ministry of Public
Security; representatives of police training institutions; representatives of
the units, mass organizations and typical students of the PPA.

The
collectives who got the outstanding achievements in the learning
and practicing movements were awarded Certificates of merit
In 2 years (2013-2015), the PPA’s
students achieved many titles and awards in various movements. In the movement
of scientific research, 340 works got the PPA’s prizes (21 first prizes, 133
second prizes, 176 third prizes); 05 ones won the prizes of the Ministry of
Education and Training (01 first prize, 02 third prizes and 02 encouragement
prizes). In the movement of good practice, the PPA’s students always strictly
abided by the regulations of the Public Security force; response, implement
effectively the campaign “Study and follow the moral mirror of President Ho Chi
Minh”, “People's Police strictly abide by regulations and build cultural life of
serving for the people”, etc. In the
movements of arts, sports and social activities, numerous students were attracted
and achieved many remarkable results in important competitions held by the PPA
and the Ministry of Public Security.

Also at the Conference, the
representatives, scientists, managers, experienced officers and students
commented on many contents about developing and increasing the advanced models,
proposed the orientations and measures to improve the quality and effectiveness
of the education and training of the PPA to deserve the leading training and research
institution on the crime prevention and the state management on social order
and safety; the key training institution of the Public Security force in 2015
and of the country in 2020.
