Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the 6th International Undergraduate Conference on Policing (the 6th IUCP) was held online for the first time by the Korean National Police Academy (KNPU) and the final round was scheduled on August 28, 2020.

The research paper "Signs of cyberbullying among Vietnamese adolescents - Focus on defining and spotting signs of cyberbullying from victims’ perspectives" of the PPA team was prepared by two cadets - Nguyen Nhat Linh (Class B11D43) and Ly Dieu Hoang (Class B16D43) – was among six best papers selected by the organizing committee. Other teams came from: Korean National Police University (2 teams), Indonesian National Police Academy, Philippine National Police Academy and University of Internal Affairs of Mongolia.

Based on the assessment of the panel of judges to the Paper and the excellent performance at the final round, Cadets from the People's Police Academy won the 1st place, followed by one paper of the Korean National Police University with the 2nd place and the 3rd places belonged to the other four teams.

The International Undergraduate Conference on Policing - IUCP is held annually by the Korean National Police University and is one of the main activities within the framework of the cooperation activities implemented by the Association of Police Training institution in Asia. The 6th IUCP was the 4th time the PPA nominated cadets to attend the competition and in previous attendances, PPA's cadets had competed other students to gain high prizes of the IUCP, namely: Second Prize in 2017 and in 2018; the First Prize in 2019 and in 2020. |
