The new contribution about academic and theory of the PhD thesis.

The thesis is the first systematical and comprehensive project about the investigation on property-theft cases carried out by gangs, with new contribution such as:

  1. The thesis supplements and improves the theoretical issues of the investigation on property-theft cases carried out by gangs, such as: The concept, characteristics, the matters need to be proved in the property-theft cases carried out by gangs, investigating method of the property-theft cases carried out by gangs and the coordination relationship among the forces in the process of investigating this type of case.

2. The thesis is a survey and assessment of the status of the investigation on property-theft cases by gangs under the function of Hanoi Criminal Police from 2008 to 2017; clearly analyses the advantages, limitations, shortcomings, especially the causes of those limitations and shortcomings.

3. The thesis predicts the situation of the property-theft crime carried out by gangs, the factors influencing the Criminal police’s investigation on the property-theft cases carried out by gangs; at the same time proposes solutions system to improve the effectiveness of this work in the coming time.
