This thesis is systematically and comprehensively research on ensuring traffic order and safety at the festive place in the North of Vietnam by the Traffic Police Force. The new contributions of the thesis are summarized as followed:

1. The thesis analyses the theoretical background and legal framework for the ensuring traffic order and safety at the festive place in the North of Vietnam by the Traffic Police Force. It included: concept, classifications of festival; concept, characteristics of festive place related to the traffic police force’s maintenance of traffic order and safety at the festive place; concepts, characteristics, contents, requirements, legal basis, methods and the coordination between Traffic Police Force and other law enforcement agencies in ensuring traffic order and safety at the festive place.

- The thesis investigates into the operation of the Traffic Police Force and the coordination between Traffic Police Force and other law enforcement agencies in ensuring traffic order and safety at the festive place in the North of Vietnam in the last 10 years. It also identifies the strengths and limitations ofthe work and explaining the causes of those limitations.

- The thesis makes the relevant forecast and proposes ten solutions in order to enhance the efficiency of ensuring traffic order and safety at the festive place in the North of Vietnam by the Traffic Police Force in coming time.
