New contributions of the thesis:
1. In terms of theoretical meaning: The thesis develops theories
of investigating muder cases with unknown the perpetrators and
theories of special investigation in the investigation of unknown perpetrators
muder cases the Criminal Police. Remarkably, on the basis of theoretical and
practical research, the thesis has developed the theories of organizing and conducting and making the prosecuted
investigation in the investigation of the muder cases with unknown perpetrators through three stages: Determination, implementation
and completion of the case.
2. In terms of practical meaning: The thesis has clarified
the situation and characteristics relating to the prosecuted investigation in special
investigation in the investigation of muder cases unknown the perpetrators of
the Criminal Police; the status of organizing and conducting the investigation of unknown perpetrators muder cases from 2008 to 2017. On the basis of the
results of the survey, the thesis has provided general comments and assessments
on the advantages, limitations and causes of restrictions for overcoming.
3. The thesis has predicted the factors influencing the special
investigation in the investigation of unknown perpetrators muder cases, as well as proposed practical solutions to improve the effectiveness of special investigation
in the investigation of unknown perpetrators muder cases of the Criminal Police
in the coming time.
