The thesis contributed to construct an argument system of the investigation on scouting and struggling for anti-crime of illegally stockpiling, transporting and trading in narcotics; further clarified some of argument issues under the point of view of criminology and criminal investigation such as: concepts, features, principles, missions and steps of implementation of  investigation on scouting and struggling for anti-crime of illegally stockpiling, transporting and trading in narcotics of Investigation Police on drug-related crimes.
