The contributions of the thesis on prevention of environmental crime and violations in the tourism field under the function of Hai Phong Environmental Police force include the following new points:
1. The thesis provides studies practice and theory about the tourism field such as: the concept of the tourism sector, the characteristics of the tourism sector, the provisions of the law relating to environmental protection in the field of tourism.
2. The thesis constructs systematically theory about preventing crimes and violations in the tourism field by Hai Phong Environmental Police: Concept; Characteristics; Solution; The legal basis for prevention measures; The relationship between Hai Phong Environmental Police and other forces in the prevention of environmental crimes and violations in the tourism field.
3. The thesis observes and evaluates comprehensively the practice of prevention of environmental crimes and violations in the tourism field by Hai Phong Environmental Police force as well as analyzes the situation of preventive organization of Hai Phong Environmental Police (organizational structure, staff quality, preventive measures implemented). Based on that, the thesis evaluates the achieved results, shortcomings and causes as the basis for showing forecasts and developing the appropriate solution system.
