New contributions of the thesis:

1.     This is the first scientific study that systematically studies the investigating expansion of transporting and traffickingillegal drug of the Police force against drug crime. Based of the results of the survey, practical research, specific data and references, the thesis objectively and comprehensively analyzed and evaluated the pragmatic situation of transporting and trafficking illegal drug of Police force against drug crime on national scale from 2007 to the end of 2016; the thesis as well made comments and assessments of this activity of the Police force against drug crime.

2.     The thesis has made several forecasts and suggestions for solutions that will contribute to improve the effectiveness ofthe investigating expansion of transporting and trafficking illegal drugs cases by the Police force against drug crime in the coming time.

3.     The research results of the thesis have high scientific value and practical value; Police force against drug crime can research, utilize, apply it in practical work; the thesis can also be used as a reference for researching, teaching and studying in the People's Public Security.
