New contributions of the thesis:

1. The thesis establishes and supplements the theory of state management on security and order according to the functions of the Police Station in Industrial Zone such as concept, characteristics, contents, measures, etc.

2. The thesis analyzes, surveys and evaluates systematically and objectively the state management on security and order according to the functions of the Police Station in Industrial Zone from 2008 to December 2018 to use as the practical basis for completing the theory.

3. The thesis analyzes and points out the limitations and shortcomings in the state management on security and order according to the functions of the Police Station in Industrial Zone and clarified the causes of these limitations and shortcomings.

4. Based on the theoretical and practical issues that have been synthesized and analyzed, the thesis makes the forecasts and proposes the feasible solutions in order to improve the efficiency of state management on security and order according to the functions of the Police Station in Industrial Zone in the current situation.
