New contributions of the thesis:
1. The thesis has systematically analyzed and clarified the theoretical issues related to embezzlement crimes, the accused being prosecuted and the interrogation of the accused in the investigation of embezzlement case of the agency such as: Concept, legal characteristics; the concept, characteristics, role and effect of the task, the order of organizing the interrogation of the accused; methods, tactics and coordination of the interrogation force of the accused in investigating cases of embezzlement crimes of investigating bodies.

2. To survey and draw up scientific conclusions about the state of the crime situation, the charged accused and the criminal characteristics of embezzlement crimes; As well as the actual situation of conducting the interrogation of the accused in investigating the cases of embezzlement of the investigating agency, clearly identifying the advantages as well as the difficulties, problems and problems of the inquiry; The accused in the investigation of the case of embezzlement.

3. Based on the theory and practice of the interrogation of the accused in the investigation of embezzlement cases, they have been studied, analyzed and disseminated to scientific forecasts on research issues and proposed solutions. It contributes to improve the efficiency of interrogation of the accused in investigating the cases of embezzlement of the investigating bodies.
