New contributions of the thesis:
This comprehenisve thesis develops the theory and practice of the Criminal Police Force regarding investigating homicides via the documetary system. Findings of this thesis contribute to the current literature as below:

1. To define and show features of invesigation of homicides of the Criminal Police; develop the theory of investigation of homicides from the documentary of the Criminal Police.

2. To analyse the practical investigation of homicides via the police documentary in Hanoi; outline advantanges and weaknesses, as well reasons of these limitations.

3. To predict the future of homicide and factors impacting on this crime before suggesting recommendations regarding improving the effectiveness of investigation of homicides from police documentaty in the coming time in Hanoi.
