New contributions of the thesis:
The thesis is a systematic and comprehensive scientific research on preventing crimes violating regulations on land management and use under the function of the Economic Police force with the following new points:
1. The thesis has systematized and analyzed to clarify the theoretical issues of crimes violating regulations on land management and use such as: concepts, legal characteristics of crimes violating regulations on land management and use, and theory on preventing crimes violating regulations on land management and use in accordance with the functions of the Economic Police force; concepts, legal bases, characteristics, contents, measures and coordination relationships in preventing crimes violating regulations on land management and use.
2. Surveying and making scientific conclusions about the actual situation of crimes violating regulations on land management and use; as well as the actual situation of preventing crimes violating regulations on land management and use in accordance with the function of the Economic Police force, clearly showing the advantages and shortcomings, limitations and obstacles of preventing crimes violating regulations on land management and use.
3. On the theoretic basis and the actual situation of activities in preventing crimes with violation of regulations on management and use of land according to the function of the Economic Police force which has been studied and analyzed, the thesis makes scientific forecasts in the issues studied and propose 07 solutions to contribute to improving the effectiveness of this activity in the future.
