During the research process, the thesis has focused on researching, interpreting and giving some new points as follows:
- Generalizing and systematizing theoretical issues on Preventing crimes of coercing, dragging others into illegal use of narcotics of police forces for drug crimes investigation, such as: concept of crime of coercing, dragging others into illegal use of narcotics; concept and characteristics of the prevention of criminals from coercing, dragging others into illegal drug use; content and measure to prevent crime of coercing, dragging others into illegal use of narcotics of police forces for drug crimes investigation.
- Analyzing, evaluating scientifically and objectively about the situation, criminological characteristics of crime of coercing, dragging others into illegal use of narcotics; assessing the hidden rate of crimes and causes of crimes; prevention of these crime by police forces for drug crimes investigation; coordination relationship between forces in the prevention activities, etc. On that basis, the thesis proposes a number of solutions to raise the effectiveness of prevention of crime of coercing, dragging others into illegal use of narcotics of police force for drug crimes investigation.
