New contributions of the thesis:
The thesis is a systematical and comprehensive scientific research on the interrogation of the Economic Police in corruption investigation with the following new contributions:

1. The thesis has analysed, clarified concept of corruption, concept and legal characteristics of corruption in terms of criminal investigation. On that basis, the thesis has developed the concept of corruption cases and the accused in corruption cases.

2. The thesis has analysed the theory on interrogation of the Economic Police in investigating corruption cases such as: concept, features, missions and the psychological factors affecting this activity. The thesis then clarifies the theoretical issues regarding the tactics of interrogation of the accused in investigating corruption cases and the coordination of the Economic Police with other forces in interrogation in investigating corruption cases. These theories are basis to survey this activity of the Economic Police Forces in Chapter 2 of the thesis.

3. The thesis has analysed, surveyed to clarify the reality of interrogation of the Economic Police in investigating corruption cases in different phases. Thereby the thesis has identified the limitations, shortcomings of this activity.

4. The thesis has given solutions that contribute to improving the effectiveness of interrogation of the Economic Police in investigating corruption cases. These solutions can be applied to practical work of the Economic Police Forces in order to improve the efficiency of the interrogation in investigating corruption case in the future.
