1. The thesis studies theoretical issues of the wanted of the Criminal Police force. These issues include: Concept of the wanted of the Criminal Police force; characteristics of the wanted of the Criminal Police force and classification the wanted.

2. The thesis builds systematically theoretical issues about pursuing the wanted of the Criminal Police force, such as: concept, legal basis, principle of pursuing the wanted; process, measures and tactics of pursuing the wanted; The mode of information, reports, records, storage and exploitation of databases, conditions to ensure the activity of pursing the wanted; relationship between the Criminal Police forces and the other force in pursing the wanted.

3. The thesis has basically and comprehensively studied the reality of pursing the wanted of Ha Noi Criminal Police force. It has clarified specific issues such as: situation and characteristics of the pursing the wanted of the Criminal Police; analyzation and evaluation of pursuing the wanted of the Hanoi Criminal Police force. From the survey outcome, the thesis evaluates the achieved results, limitations, shortcomings and causes of these limitations and shortcomings.

4. From the practical problems that have been synthesized and analyzed, the thesis has come up with solutions. The system of solutions is synchronized, feasible and suitable with the reality of pursuing the wanted of the Criminal Police force.
