New contributions of the thesis:

1. This thesis is the first work to study in-depth about the searching activity in the investigation of embezzlement of the Investigation Police Agency. Basing on the achieved research results, the thesis contributes to building, supplementing and perfecting the theory of crime suppression and prevention as the functions of the People's Public Security force.

2. By real and abundant data, the thesis analyzes and clarifies the criminal characteristics of embezzlement; relity of searching activity in the investigation of embezzlement by the People's Public Security force from 2010 - 2020.

3. The thesis makes predictions about the situation of embezzlement in the coming years. On that basis, the thesis proposes 6 groups system of solutions to improve the efficiency of searching activity in the investigation of embezzlement of the Investigation Police Agency in the coming time.

The results of the thesis have scientific value and can be used for research, teaching, compiling textbooks and reference materials in the police training institutions.
