It also points out the content, method and coordination in preventing food safety violation and crime by the Environmental Police force in manufacturing and trading of functional foods.

2. Through surveying and analyzing the current situation of preventing food safety violation and crime by the Environmental Police force in manufacturing and trading of functional foods, the thesis evaluates the advantages, limitations and shortcomings and point out the causes of the limitations and shortcomings in this activity.

3. The thesis makes forecasts about the relevant situation and factors affecting activities to prevent crime and violation related to food safety of the Environmental Police force in manufacturing and trading of functional foods in the coming time and proposes solutions to contribute to improving the effectiveness of preventing crime and violation related to food safety of the Environmental Police force in manufacturing and trading of functional foods.
