Studying systematically the theories of activities of the Investigation Police on Social Order Related Crime in the prevention of crime on the road passenger transports; clarifing the content of concept of this crime, crime prevention activities in the road passenger transports; specifing the legal basis, contents, coordinating methods of the Investigation Police on Social Order Related Crime in the prevention of crime on the road passenger transports.

Analysising and specifing the characteristics of the crime on road passenger transports in the northern provinces of Vietnam from 2005 to 2014 in the following aspects: structure, evolution, criminals, performing crime tricks, the consequences of damage, causes, crime conditions arising on the road passenger transports.
