This is the first doctoral work
which studies systematicly and comprehensively on activities of inline
reconnaissance in investigating and detecting the drug-related crime. The
thesis has clarified the basic problems:
1. The
thesis contributes to building, supplementing and completing the theory on activities
of inline reconnaissance of the police force on anti-drug related crime
invetigation, such as: Concept, characteristics, methods of implementation, the
legal basis, the tasks of inline reconsainnance in investigating and detecting
the drug-releted crime.
2. Defining
clearly the roles, location and method of implemeting the activirties of inline
reconsainnance in investigating and detecting the drug-releted crime.
3. Surveing and evaluatioing
to clarify the situation of drug-related crime in recent years, analyzing the
situation, structure and characteristics of the drug-related crime; Summaring
the activirties of inline reconsainnance of the
police force on anti-drug related crime invetigation; Drawing on these
reviews, comments on operating organizations of inline reconnaissance in
investigating and detecting the drug-related crime in this period.
4. Forecasting the situation of
drug-related crime, the factors affecting activities of inline reconnaissance
and proposing the solutions to improve the efficiency of activities of inline
reconnaissance in investigating and detecting the drug-related crime in the
coming time.
