Some new conclusions of the thesis:

1. This thesis is the first research to study systematically and criminological the method of public mobilization in the movement of criminal prevention, detection and denunciation of the People’s Police Force. It contributes some new ideas to complete and vary the theoretical system of the method used by the Public Security in criminal prevention and suppression.

2. Basing on the scientific arguments, the thesis has built up the theoretical system of using the method of public mobilization in criminal prevention, detection and denunciation of the People’s Police Force: Concepts, roles, characteristics, principles, duties, contents, subjects and cooperative relationship in using the method of public mobilization in criminal prevention, detection and denunciation of the People’s Police Force.

3. Examine, analyze, and assess objectively and factually the method of public mobilization in criminal prevention, detection and denunciation of the People’s Police Force from 1994 till 2014 in order to compile documents and data showing advantages and short comings as well as causes in using the method of public mobilization in criminal prevention, detection and denunciation of the People’s Police Force.

4. The thesis has shown the forecast of factors that influence the method of public mobilization in criminal prevention, detection and denunciation of the People’s Police Force in the future. At the same time, it has also built up feasible solutions so as to increase the effects of using the method of public mobilization in criminal prevention, detection and denunciation of the People’s Police Force in the new situation.

5. The content of the thesis can be used in doing research, teaching and studying in colleges and universities of the Public Security Ministry; it can also be used as a reference and applicable material in using the method of public mobilization in criminal prevention, detection and denunciation of the People’s Police Force in general.
