New contributions of thesis:

1. This is the first work which was paid attention on studying and offering the theory on evaluating evidence of People's Inspectorate in the drug cases, including the concepts, characteristics, regulations, contents, methods of evaluating evidence of People's Inspectorate in drug cases. In addition, the thesis clarified the shortcomings in the concept of evidence by Code of Criminal Procedure and offered the new concept on evidence and so on.

2. The thesis codified the regulations of Code of Criminal Procedure currently into the procedure of evidence evaluation by the People's Inspectorate in drug cases to assist officials, People's Inspectorate in studying, consulting and using in the actual situation

3. By analyzing the actual status of the evidence evaluation by People's Inspectorate in the period of investigating, prosecuting, judging the drug cases. The thesis offered the shortcomings of evidence evaluation activity by the People's Inspectorate in the drug cases to make foundation for proposing solution to improve the effectiveness of evidence evaluation by People's Inspectorate in the criminal cases generally and drug cases separately.  

4. The thesis offered the specific solutions as well as recommendations to improve the effectiveness of evidence evaluation by People's Inspectorate in drug cases to ensure fairness.
