1. The dissertation
systematically researched theoretical issues regarding investigation of crime
of human trafficking through border according to functions of the Criminal
Police force; comprehensively analyzed theories on crime of human trafficking
through border; theories on investigating crime of human trafficking through
border according to functions of the Criminal Police force. In which, the
dissertation mentioned concept, features, contents and methods of investigating
crime of human trafficking through border according to functions of the
Criminal Police force; coordinative relation and international cooperation in
investigating crime of human trafficking through Vietnam – Cambodia border.
2. The dissertation clarified
situation and criminal features of crime of human trafficking through Vietnam
– Cambodia border; real situation of this crime investigation activity of the
Criminal Police force – Public Security force in Vietnam – Cambodia border
provinces; made comments, evaluated achieved results, limitations and reasons
of limitations in investigating crime of human trafficking through Vietnam –
Cambodia border.
3. The dissertation gave
out forecasts of factors affecting the activity of investigating crime of
human trafficking through Vietnam
– Cambodia
border according to functions of the Criminal Police force in the coming time.
It also gave out solutions in order to improve efficiency in investigating

border by the Criminal Police force; contributed to completion of theories as
