1. Recognizing on the level of theory show that there already have some studies on recidivism, but not have any intensive and most essential research mention of the Activities of the Administration management Police on social order in the recidivism prevention for the person who completed imprisonment sentences in Hanoi. This is the first research deal with the subject above.

2. Thesis researched and clarified the legal perceptions on recidivism, the completed imprisonment sentences persons who re-offend and the most common recidivism characteristics of those who completed imprisonment sentences.

3. The thesis has clarified theory perceptions on Activities of the Administration management Police on social order in the recidivism prevention for the person who completed imprisonment sentences.

4. The thesis has surveyed, analyzed, synthesized and evaluated the state of the persons who completed imprisonment sentences execution re-offended in recent times. The assessment of the current situation recognize in terms of the crime criminology characteristics on this field, specifically as: The level situation and moves (changes) of completed imprisonment sentences execution who re-offend at their residence; Structure, characteristics, methods of tricks, harmful effects on the persons who completed imprisonment sentences offending and personal characteristics of the person who completed imprisonment sentences offending. The cause and conditions of the situation of persons who completed imprisonment sentences re-offending.

5. The thesis has surveyed, analyzed, synthesized and evaluated the operational status of the Police of Administration management on social order in preventing the persons who completed imprisonment sentences re-offending, included: forces organizations real situation; real situation of implementating preventive measures; real situation of implementing relationship coordination. Since then, draw reviews and evaluations the both of advantages and disadvantages and find out the causes of these problems.

6. The thesis has launched scientific prediction on favorable factors and difficulties which affecting to the Police of Administration management on social order in preventing the persons who completed imprisonment sentences re-offending.

7. The thesis has proposed solutions and proposed to competent authorities in order to improve efficiency of the Police of Administration management on social order in preventing the persons who completed imprisonment sentences re-offending.
