contributions of the thesis:
1.
Research contents: this is the first time the robbery crime’s activities as
well as robbery investigations in the Northern Mountainous area are completely
and comprehensively and deeply researched in this thesis. Research results of
the thesis contribute to adding some theories about robbery investigation.
2. The thesis is the first
scientific work implemented seriously which investigates situation and criminal
characteristics of robbery crimes in the Northern mountainous provinces from
2005 to 2014; conduct surveys and analysis of the current situations of
investigating robbery cases made by social order investigation police force in
some provinces of the Northern mountainous area; since then, advantages,
disadvantages, remaining, limits, shortcomings, difficulties, hindrances are
withdrawn to identify the reasons of such situations and to provide solutions
to overcome.
3. From the aforesaid results, the
thesis has recommended solutions to enhance the efficiency of the investigation
activities in the Northern mountainous provinces such as: suggest to amend and
supplement some legal documents; enhance investigation measures; coordination
measures in investigation of robbery cases; improve the coordination relations
among Police agencies, between investigation police and other forces, with
Border army force and with China Police; boost up investigation quality of
police force working in the Northern mountainous provinces.
