At the meeting, Major General, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Dang XuanKhang, Vice President of the PPAhave a speech to welcoming a high-level delegation from the Royal Thai Police Academyand introducingthe organizational structure, some highlights in the work of education, training and international cooperation activities of the PPA.

 

Vice President of PPAconfirmed the Royal Thai Police Academyas the partner having close cooperation relationships with the PPA in exchange of high-level delegations inscientific conferences, short-term training courses and fact-finding tours... The cooperation activities between the two Academies have achieved many positive results, contributing to improving the quality of policeeducation and training, to strengthen the knowledge and experience for officers, lecturers and students of the both sides.

On the basis of the achievements in policetrainingcooperation, the leaders of two Academies discussed the main contents of the newMoU to further enhance cooperation. Accordingly, the MoU in 2017 would supplement new issues being suitable with the real situation of the two countries, in which focusing on increasingpostgraduate training cooperation, organizing training courses for officers, lecturers and students on the prevention of terrorism and tactics on crime control.

 

On the occasion, the leader of Thai delegation appreciated the results, efforts in learning, training and daily life of PPA students currently studying at the Royal Police Thai Academy.
