Attending the signing ceremony, there were Lieutenant General, Prof. Baaatarjav Sainnyambuu, President of the Law Enforcement University along with representatives of units in the law enforcement university - the Ministry of Mongolia Justice; Senior Lieutenant Colonel, Assoc. Prof. PhD. Le Hoai Nam, Deputy General Director of Training Department, the Ministry of Viet Nam Public Security. As regards the PPA, there were Lieutenant General, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Xuan Yem, President of the PPA, Major General, Assoc. Prof, Dr. Dang Xuan Khang,  Vice President of the PPA and leader representatives of functional units in the PPA.

Delegates of two units signed the Memorandum of understanding

The PPA and the Law Enforcement University of Mongolia are official members of International Association of Police Academies (INTERPA). During the time of the INTERPA annual conference, there has been a bilateral contact between two universities. Following the activities of the annual conference of INTERPA, the Law Enforcement University of Mongolia invited the delegation of PPA to participate in the annual international conference on “Innovation in law enforcement” and the ceremony of the 80^th anniversary of the Law Enforcement University of Mongolia in Ulaanbaatar, the capital city of the Mongolia People’s Republic.

Delegates of two universities exchanged souvenirs

At the working session, two sides exchanged the general viewpoints on the police training assignment and goal of the two universities, whereby, leaders of two units reached an agreement on reinforcing the cooperation, experience exchanges in police training and scientific research. Simultaneously, they reported to leaders of two Ministries in charge in order to ask permissions for signing the Memorandum of understanding. Based on that, two academies have reached a cooperation consensus at this signing ceremony in these specific activities:

- Reinforcing the cooperation in exchanging scientific and training research; organizing seminars, conferences, discussion among specialists to exchange professional knowledge and experience.

- Conducting the program of exchanging staff, lecturers, researchers and students

- Exchanging information, experience, training courses and promoting capacity of lecturers and trainers.

- Exchanging document, books, and newspapers relating to training and education.

- Assisting programs of enhancing capacity for law enforcement officers of Mongolia and Vietnam, including developing the training and education plans and courses for police and law enforcement forces.

- Other fields if two sides agree.

After the signing ceremony, the delegation of the Law Enforcement University of Mongolia visited cultural works and Police professional library of the PPA.
