The Ceremony had the presence of Major General, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Nhat, Vice President of the PPA; Senior Colonel Mai Duc Hai, Deputy Director of Training Department - Ministry of Public Security; representative of Ministry of Public Security of Laos and leaders of the PPA’s departments.

While studying in Vietnam, the trainees studied the relatively comprehensive program on the professional work of the public security force. Through the subjects, the trainees gained the professional knowledge for crime prevention and suppression. Besides studying in the PPA, the trainees visited and studied at the local police departments such as Hanoi, Lang Son and Quang Ninh to learn about the the reality of the fight against crime as well as the country and people of Vietnam.

Speaking at the ceremony, Major General, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Nhat, Vice President of the PPA warmly praised the results of trainees and confirmed that these good result was the effect of close solidarity and friendship between the two Ministries and two States, showed the good relationship between trainees and functional units inside and outside the PPA. The Vice Director of the PPA hoped that with the knowledge was equipped through this course, the trainees would apply flexibly in practice of the fight against crime in Laos.
