In the trend of globalization, integration and trading liberalization currently, environment related crimes are increasingly complicated, organized, trans-national, which have been posed much more difficulty and challenges for the Anti-Environment related Crime Police force. To enhance the effectiveness of preventing and fighting against environment related crimes, it is necessary to improve the capacity of the Anti-Environment related Crime police force. First of all improve the quality of training students majoring in the Environment related Crime prevention, forward to build the the Environment related Crime police force to become more formal and professional, to meet the requirements of the combat to prevent the environment related crime in the current period.

Originating from the real requirements, with the position of key institutions of training and scientific research of the Public Security force, under the consent of the MPS’s leader, the PPA held the Scientific Conference "Improving the quality of the Anti-Environment related Crime police training in the current situation”. The workshop attracted the participation and opinion contribution of the majority of scientists, managers, and the practical-experienced officers in the field of the Environment related Crime prevention.

The delegates discussed at the Conference

At the Conference, the delegates focused on discussing, analyzing and clarifying the key issues relating to the Anti-Environment related Crime police training, including:

- Work of leadership and direction, organization of training student majoring in the Environment related Crime Prevention in the previous time and the orients in the future;

- The situation of training the students majoring in the Environment related Crime prevention in the Public Security training institutions; the use of graduated students in practice;

- Reality of the fight against the environment related crime and mission required for the students majoring in environment related crime prevention;

- The relationship of coordination in training the students majoring in environment related crime prevention between the professional agencies and the Public Security training institutions.

The Conference received a great number of practical suggestions which showed clearly the strong points as well as shortcomings and limitations, from there to analyze, assess and clarify the reasons in order to give out the recommendations and propose the suitable solutions, contributing to improving the quality of training the students majoring in environment related crime prevention.
