General, Prof.Dr Tran Dai Quang, Minister of Public Security, the leadership representatives of different ministries and agencies and new Professors and Associate Professors.

At the ceremony, 522 educators nationwide who were granted with Professor and Associate Professor Titles was praised. The new professors and associate professors played a key role in educating, nurturing and developing intellectuals for the country and a typical example to encourage the younger generations to study and devote further to the Cause of scientific research of the State.

In 2015, 52 educators were granted the title of Professors, while 470 others received the title of Associate Professors. This year’s requirements for recognition were set higher to meet current demands and comply with international standards.

Among the new professors, 43-year-old lecturer Nguyen Van Hieu, Deputy Director of ITIMS Institution, Hanoi University of Science and Technology is the youngest professor; Le Thi Thanh Nhan, Deputy Rector of the University of Science, Thai Nguyen University is the youngest female professor (45 year old) and the 2nd female mathematics professor after 35 years; Ho Khac Hieu, Duy Tan University is the youngest Associate professor in Physics (31 year old).

In this year, the Public Security Force has added 5 educators recognized Professor Titles and 18 educators recognized the Associate Professor Titles, in which the PPA has 1 Professor and 4 Associate Professors . This is the pride of Public Security force in general and the PPA in particular, lighting  further glorious history of Public Security force. They are bright example for generations of officers and soldiers of the Public Security force to learn and follow.

To praise the new Professor and Associate Professors of the Public Security force, on November 13th, the PPA held the ceremony to announce the appointment decisions on the title of Professors, Associate Professors in the field of Security Science in 2015 at the Temple of Literature of the PPA. Attending the ceremony were Lieutenant-General, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Xuan Yem, Member of SCPT, Chairman of Council for Professor Title in the field Security Sciences, President of the PPA, the leadership representatives of agencies within MPS and new Professors and Associate Professors in the field  Security Science.

Speaking at the ceremony, Lieutenant General, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Xuan Yem, appreciated highly the efforts of the new Professors and Associate Professors in the field Security Science, and hoped that all new Professors and Associate Professors would promote their intellectual, more dedication to the Cause of education and training, scientific research at the PPA in  particular and in the Cause of preserving and protecting the social order and safety in general. He also believed that under the leadership of the Party Central Committee and the MPS’s leaders, coordination and support of the ministries, especially the Ministry of Education and Training as well as effort, initiative of the team of scientists, educators, especially the role of Professors, Associate Professors, the Cause of education and training of the PPA would continuously develop, deserve as one of the key training Institution and leading scientific research Center of  the People's Public Security force.
