On November 13th, the PPA held the signing ceremony of MOU
between the Academy and the Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam
(BIDV). Attending the ceremony were Senior Colonel, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Tran Minh Chat,
Vice President of the PPA, Mr. Quach Hung Hiep, Deputy General Director of BIDV
and representatives of the two agencies.
Following the comprehensive cooperation between the PPA’s leaders
and the BIDV, in the previous time, the two agencies has promoted several
cooperative activities as salary payment, money transfer services... In order
to further strengthen the mutual assistance in the professional work,
scientific research, personnel training, social security protection as well as
life assurance activities for officers, lecturers and students of the PPA;
contributing to successfully fulfill the missions of the two units, the PPA and
the BIDV have actively promoted, exchanged and scheduled the programs, contents
and principles on coordination between the two sides, towards the signing the
MOU.

At the ceremony, the leadership representatives of the PPA
and the BIDV signed the MOU with the presence of the majority of officers from
two agencies. Accordingly, the two sides agreed to cooperate in the field which
was suitable for functions, tasks and capabilities of each side, in which
focused on the following major contents:
- Cooperation in using products and services of the BIDV
which are committed to ensure the
quality and appropriate incentives;
- Funding for the projects are invested by the PPA;
- Cooperation in the field of research, training and
implementation of scientific research projects on the basis of the needs and
capabilities of both sides, Cooperation in organizing conferences, workshops
and seminars on finance, society...
- Cooperation in the field of communications, brand
development, joint-action plans and participating in voluntary activities,
social security and competitions for students;
The signing ceremony took place successfully, marking a
milestone in the cooperation relationship between the PPA and the BIDV. It is
the basis for promoting and implementing further the cooperation activities
between the two agencies in the near future in order to improve the efficiency
in the missions of each sides, contributing to the overall development of the PPA
and the BIDV.
