Attending the Ceremony were Major General, Prof.Dr. Nguyen Huy Thuat, Vice President of the PPA; Major General, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Bui Minh Giam, Director of Training Department; Senior Colonel Pham Phan Thanh, Deputy Director of General Staff Department and Assoc.Prof.Dr. Le Kim Long, Principal of University of Education - Vietnam National University, Hanoi. The Ceremony was also attended by the Representatives of the University of Education, the PPA and entire 115 students of the course.

the Graduate Certificate in Higher Education Teaching for the students of the course

During the course, the students were supplied systematically the basic knowledge about the higher education in over the world and in Vietnam; theories on teaching methods at higher education; educational psychology in higher education; program development and organization of training process; education quality and education quality control; using technical means and technology in higher education teaching; assessment in higher education. In particular, the participants were studied thoroughly about the methods of lesson preparation and innovation of teaching methods at higher education in positive direction. Completing the course, 100% students got the graduation requirements and certificated the Graduate Certificate in Higher Education Teaching.

On behalf of the Directorate of the PPA, Major General, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Huy Thuat, Vice President of the PPA thanked the Management Board of the University of Education - Vietnam National University, Hanoi for the close cooperation and the arrangement of qualified, enthusiastic and experienced lecturers for the courses. He warmly praised the learning results of all students of the course and suggested that after finishing the course, the students should continue to study and improve their standard to complete all assigned tasks.
