Attending the Ceremony were Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Hoa Binh, Member of the Executive Board of the Central Communist Party of Vietnam; Head of the Supreme People's Procuratorate; Representatives of the General Departments, Departments, Institutes, the High Command within the MPS; Representatives of Hanoi Public Security Department; Leaders of the Public Security Training Institutions. As for PPA were Lieutenant General, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Xuan Yem, Party Secretary, President of the Academy; Members of the Party Committee, the Directorate Board; Leaders of the functional departments and the officers, teachers and students of the Academy through the many generation.

During the 46 years of development and growth, the generation of teachers of the PPA has overcome many challenges, making efforts to dedicate the youth power, enthusiasm, energy and intelligence for the cause of education and training as well as building and developing the Academy. Each of the steps in the development of the PPA marked the enduring struggle, full-responsible contributions of generation of the officers and teachers in the Academy. So far, the PPA has the lager number of teachers with thousands of officers including 6 professors, 24 associate professors, 113 doctors, 285 masters, 146 main lecturers, 155 lecturers; especially, the Academy has 26 teachers who have honor to be presented the Meritorious Teacher, the People's Teacher. The PPA is currently one of the training institutions which have the best-qualified officers among the training institutions of the MPS.

Speaking at the Ceremony, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc congratulated the generation of PPA’s teachers, praised their efforts and appreciated the achievements of the PPA in recent years. Deputy Prime Minister emphasized that in the process of international integration appeared many the opportunities and advantages as well as challenges for the protecting the political security, social order and safety which required that the training institutions in the Public Security Force in general and the PPA in particular should make more efforts to innovate and improve the quality of training, to contribute to supplementing the high-qualified police officers who meet the new requirements of the struggle to preserve order and security of the country.

In particular, the Deputy Prime Minister asked the Academy to invest more attention to train the teachers and education managers which ensured both the quantity and quality and determine that this is the most important breakthrough in the current education innovation process. He also asked that the Academy should regularly care and encourage the material and spiritual life for the officers and teachers as well as promoted the ties between the generations of experienced teachers with the young teachers.

At the ceremony, the PPA expressed the deep gratitude to the teachers who used to be the former President of the PPA; congratulated two teachers who have honor to be presented the Meritorious Teacher, 7 teachers were presented the a Medal for Education, 15 Excellent Lecturers at the MPS level and 29 Excellent Lecturers at the PPA level.
