Attending the Opening Ceremony were Senior Colonel, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Tran Minh Chat, Vice President of the PPA; Lieutenant Colonel, Dr. Pham Cong Nguyen, Head of Student Management Department and leaders of functional units in the PPA.

 and Safety participated in the contest

The aims of the contest were to raise awareness and capacity for class Monitors in class management and implementation of self-management in education and training; thereby assess the capacity of class management of the Monitor in order to make training plan to meet the requirements of student management in coming time. On the other hand, the contest also created the exciting competitive atmosphere among students of different classes or courses. In the school year 2013-2014, the Department of Student Management organized the 3rd contest of best class Monitor including 02 rounds: Preliminary Round and Final Round.

At the Opening Ceremony of the contest, Senior Colonel, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Tran Minh Chat, Vice President of the PPA praised the efforts of leaders and officials of the Department of Student Management as well as all students in organizing and taking part in the contest. At the same time, the Vice President of the PPA also stressed: “In the system of police training institutions, student management plays the decisive part in formatting and perfecting the personality of students, it is the personality of the police officers. In the work of student management, class Monitors have the special role and considered to be the bridge for the relations between the teachers and the students in the field of class management”.

 

The eloquence of Nong Thanh Phuc (B6-D39)

Shortly after the Opening Ceremony, 10 contestants of the Board of Administrative Management on Social Order and Safety opened the contest by self-introduction, the first part of the contest. They made the joyful atmosphere, alleviated the stress, anxiety and created the confidence for the contestants to come to the next parts of the contest.

 

According to the plan, the Board of Administrative Management on Social Order and Safety would hold the preliminary rounds in two days (April 1st and 2nd). From now until the end of week, the Board of Reconnaissance Investigation, the Board of Procedure Investigation, the crash course system would held preliminary round in turn to select the best candidates to attend the final round of the Academy which was expected to be held in April, 2014.
