On September 9th, the delegation from the Ministry
of Public Security led by Lieutenant General Bui Van Thanh, Deputy Minister of
Public Security worked with the PPA and leaders of Vinh Phuc province about
building the 2nd location of PPA at Tam Duong district, Vinh Phuc
province.
In 2012, the Ministry of Public Security approved the project
on building the 2nd stationed location of the PPA in Tam Duong
district, Vinh Phuc province.
It is expected that the location would be built into the formal
university training base of the PPA and for the combating-profession training. In
addition, there is place to work, teach, research and live for 870 officers and
lecturers (in total of 1605 ones) of the PPA; ensure a place for studying, physical
training, living for 9000 students (in total 15,000 ones) with the total area
of 101.28 ha.

At the meeting, leaders of Vinh Phuc province and the
Ministry of Public Security discussed and exchanged the issues relating to
transport infrastructure, compensation, land clearance and expense for
implementing the project.
The leader of Vinh Phuc province said they would facilitate to
support capital to invest the 2nd location of the PPA and put into
the medium-term portfolio plan for the Provincial Public Security and the Fire Prevention, Fighting
and Rescue Police in Vinh Phuc province.

The issue of relocation and land clearance will put into a
joint project to submit the Government for approval in order to accelerate the
progress of the project, contributing to serve better for socio-economy development
in Vinh Phuc.
