When being alive, President Ho Chi Minh particularly
took interest in the cause of education
and training, especially training the staff of teachers and education managers.
He said: “The task of education is important and glorious. If there are no
teachers, the education can’t develop; without the education and training officers,
it can’t mention to the economy – culture.”

On January 14th, 2016, the PPA solemnly held the ceremony to launch 03 new Party Cell Institutions, including: the Party Cell of Political Theory, Social Sciences and Humanities; the Party cell of Military - Martial Arts, Sports Subject and the Party Cell of Foreign Languages Faculty.

In the exciting atmosphere to welcome
the 12th National Party Congress and welcome new year 2016, towards the 20th
anniversary of the foundation of the Faculty (January 25th, 1996-2016), on
December 12th, 2016, the Faculty of Criminal
Judgment Execution and Justice Assistance organized the seminar on
career orientation for students majoring in prisoner management and correction.

Responding to the
youth program during the school year 2015-2016 of the PPA and toward welcoming the
New Spring 2016, the apprentice students of the English language Specialty of
the two courses D38 and D39 in cooperation with the Youth Union of the Hoi An City
Public Security Department organized the voluntary program “Beloved Spring"
in Cam Kim, Hoi An, Quang Nam Province.

On January 8th, 2016, at the Public
Security Sport Center, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi, the Youth Union of Political
General Department of Public Security organized the 2nd blood donation
campaigns 2016 with the theme "Sentimental blood for beloved comrades"
and it was opened the flashmode dance festival by the students of public
security training institutions.

On January 8th, 2016, at the Public

General Department of Public Security organized the 2nd blood donation

In order to meet the requirements of
innovation, improve quality of education management, towards modernization and
enhancing the efficiency of IT application in education and training, on
January 7th, 2016, the PPA organized the
Ceremony on announcing the decision on recognizing the high quality training
program issued by by Ministry of Education and Training and launching the
system of IT applications in education management in the PPA.

2,174 accidents, 981 death, 1,284 wounded - these
are alarming figures about the number of railway traffic accidents happened in
Vietnam in 5 years (2011 - 10/2015) reported by Mr. Doan Duy Hoach, Deputy
General Director of the Vietnam Railway Corporation in the scientific
conference "Railway traffic accident in Vietnam - problems, causes and
preventive measures" on January 7th, 2016.

make practical achievement to celebrate 66 years of traditional day of
Vietnamese Students (09/01/1950 - 09/01/2016), on December 25th,
2015, at the Cultural University I, there was a cultural exchange program to
celebrate 66 years of the traditional day of Vietnamese Students (01/09/1950 -
09/01/2016).

National University, there was the final contest of "National English
Olympiad for non-major students in 2015". Winning 80 teams around the country, the PPA
together with 6 representatives attended the final contest, including the University
of Foreign Languages – Da Nang University; the Thang Long University; the International
Faculty - Vietnam National University, Ha Noi; the University of Economics and
Law – Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh; the University Transport and
Communication.

summing up the 1st semester of academic year 2015-2016

Following the success of the Festival of
welcoming the New Year 2015, in the evening of December 16th, 2015, at the Tran
Duc Truong hall, with consent of the Party Committee, Board of Directorate of
the PPA, the Faculty of Foreign Languages in collaboration with the Department
of Party - Political Affairs and Mass Organization Management, the Youth Union
of the Academy organized the Welcoming New year Festival 2016.

honored to win the first prize.
